Southwest Airlines is offering annual scholarships to students across the U.S. to "encourage students to explore careers in the aviation industry" and its efforts to build a diverse talent pipeline. Applications are now open for the 2023 Southwest Airlines Scholarship. Recipients of the scholarship will receive $5,000 and are eligible to renew it for up to four years.
