The Ports Association of Louisiana (PAL) will hold its 38th annual conference on March 29-30 in Houma from the Marriott Conference Center. Among sessions are forums on “Ports & the Legislature" and a gubernatorial forum; presentations from Dr. Greogry Brian Upton, executive director of the LSU Center for Energy Studies; and Bruce Lambert, Central Gulf & Southern Rivers Gateway Director of the U.S. Maritime Administration.
