Riddle to head RR-North America

Adam Riddle, a 9-year Rolls-Royce veteran, has been named president of defense business and chairman and CEO at the British power technology builder’s North American subsidiary. He most recently led the global services operations with Rolls-Royce North America’s defense division and helped the company win military contracts as director of strategy and future programs, the company said April 3. The U.S. Military Academy graduate and former Army officer previously worked within Boeing’s defense operations. Rolls-Royce also announced the appointment of senior finance and performance management leader Helen McCabe as CFO and Rob Watson, most recently president of Rolls-Royce Electrical, as president of civil aerospace. Gulf Coast NoteRolls-Royce has a major investment in its Pascagoula, Miss., site that provides increased capabilities and capacity to support Navy programs. The 26,000-ft facility, with foundry and machining equipment, increases RR's ability to manufacture propellers and propulsor components for naval platforms.
