BILOXI, Miss. - The Air Force's flight demonstration team, The Thunderbirds, will come roaring into South Mississippi April 29-30 for the “Thunder Over the Sound: Heritage and Honor” airshow. There has been a great deal of planning ahead of the show between Keesler AFB and the city of Biloxi. The airshow expects to draw about 100,000 people. The main show will be in the afternoon over the water along Biloxi Beach and will be different from the last time the Thunderbirds were in Biloxi in 2019. The morning part of the air show will be at Keesler AFB and will feature aerial performances, ground demonstrations, static displays and a STEM Expo.
