NEW ORLEANS - The Coast Guard medevaced an unresponsive male crewmember off the Jag Arnav, a bulk carrier ship, on Jan. 20 near Pointe a la Hache, La. The CG received a call at 10 a.m. stating a man was unresponsive due to unknown circumstances aboard the ship. The CG launched an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew. Within an hour of the call, the helo crew arrived and hoisted the crewman aboard and transferred him to Plaquemines Medical Center in Port Sulphur in reportedly critical condition.
