Delta small biz center opens

GREENVILLE, Miss. – The Mississippi Delta Small Business Development Center in Greenville officially opened May 31 to assist aspiring business owners throughout the 10-county region. The new center is among more than 20 sites and centers of the Mississippi Small Business Development Center, headquartered at the University of Mississippi. Housed within CompuRecycling Center Inc., the Mississippi Delta SBDC is a collaboration of the two entities that both serve the small business owners and entrepreneurs of Mississippi. The Mississippi Delta SBDC will provide technical assistance to entrepreneurs and small business owners to aid the Delta communities. Among the center's services are one-one-one business counseling, technical assistance and access to a statewide network of business experts, resources and support.
