Port, LNG plans delayed in La.

 The Port of South Louisiana's controversial plan to buy the former Avondale Shipyards site took another unusual turn Tuesday, when the agency said it was delaying plans to ask the state bond commission for approval to issue the $400 million in bonds needed to buy the site. In another big deal looking less certain is the Driftwood Liquified Natural Gas facility planned for the Lake Charles area.
