KILN, Miss. - Spooky family fun for Halloween? Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission will host a 'Hallowings Flightfest' at Stennis International Airport (SIA) on Oct. 28 from 1-4 p.m.
There is no cost to attend. The event will feature a “trunk or treat aircraft-style,” tours of the air traffic control towers, food trucks, and more.
Parents can enjoy Grit and Grind 228 Coffee while the family has lunch from Twisted Sisters or Las Sarapes Tacos. Vendor booths will include Big Easy Wings from the Commemorative Air Force, Boeing, and Gulf Coast Aviation, with displays from the Civil Air Patrol, Jay Bostay and the Rescue 5 Helicopter.
