Caddell-Nan JV, Montgomery, Alabama, is awarded a $27,761,321 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of an airfield damage repair storage facility at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The work to be performed provides for a new one-story warehouse facility required to preposition airfield repair equipment and material. The contract also contains one option which will be exercised at time of award. Work will be performed in Yigo, Guam, and is expected to be completed by November 2023. Fiscal 2022 military construction (Air Force) funds in the amount of $27,761,321 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the beta.sam.gov website, with two proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity. (Source: DoD 05/09/22)
