NEW ORLEANS - The Port of New Orleans announced that Gulf Stream Marine (GSM) will begin operations at the Alabo Street Wharf in the eastern section of the Port NOLA. It will be the second terminal, along with Lake Charles, that GSM is operating in Louisiana. GSM provides specialized expertise to serve break-bulk and project cargo customers. GSM has an additional network of six other ports in Texas and one at Pascagoula, Miss. The company is a Gulf Coast cargo handling, stevedoring and terminal operator specializing in handling wind energy components, general, bulk and break-bulk cargoes and is headquartered in Houston.
