It may be small potatoes compared to the billions of dollars in stimulus money pumped into Louisiana over the last few years, but a $113M allocation for the state's most promising small businesses is expected to have a major impact for under-served communities, military veterans, rural areas and Black entrepreneurs targeted for the majority of the investment.
