Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississippi (91%); Dublin, Pennsylvania (9%); Moss Point, Mississippi (less than 1%); and Houma, Louisiana (less than 1%), and is expected to be completed by October 2023. FY 2023 Navy shipbuilding and conversion funding in the amount of $8,506,601 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
