USACE seeks public input on CFR

MOBILE, Ala. - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking public input on proposed updates to the federal regulation 33 CFR 203. The regulation outlines how USACE implements authority provided in Public Law 84-99 for disaster preparedness, response, and recovery activities. The CFR was last revised in 2003. Since that time, there have been many changes to Public Law 84-99. USACE will host nine in-person workshops and may hold additional virtual sessions. The only regional session for the Gulf Coast will be in New Orleans on Jan. 10.
