Silver Ships, Theodore, Ala., announced that Steven Clarke has been appointed CEO. Previously, Clarke was the CFO. Current President/CEO, and co-owner, Mike McCarty, is transitioning to the role of chairman. In this new role, Clarke plans to continue Silver Ship’s diverse industry growth and to streamline operations. As CFO, Clarke saw revenue increase more than 40%. Clarke began his career as a data analyst at the U.S. Department of Agriculture in North Carolina. In 2015, Clarke joined Silver Ships as co-owner/CFO. (Work Boat 11/17/22)
