Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority's Assistant Administrator for Planning and Research Stuart Brown has spent a great deal of time studying the future of the state's coast. He's become the spokesman for the recently released 2023 draft coastal master plan update. The every-six-years update plan is designed to guide the state's coastal restoration efforts.
