Mississippi State University, Starkville, Mississippi, was awarded a $9,258,441 firm-fixed-price contract to conduct research and development that will provide significant scientific and technical advancements around the areas of computational science and engineering. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed at Mississippi State with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2025. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $3,069,071 were obligated at the time of the award.
