Aerojet Rocketdyne, which makes rocket engines and motors, will expand its Huntsville, Ala., operations with more jobs (unspecified) and a 379,000 sf manufacturing facility near Huntsville International Airport, the aerospace/ defense contractor said recently. The new building will be operational in 2023 allowing AR to increase manufacturing capacity for the “nation’s defense production needs,” the company said. Some of the work will be performed at the firm’s Camden, Ark., location (% unspecified).
