Plaquemines (La.) Port Harbor & Terminal District will be hosting a series of public meetings to provide an overview of active projects by the Port Developer LA23 Devco. There will be an overview of the Mainline Rail Extension and Louisiana’s Gateway Terminal projects from 5-7 p.m. on Sept. 15 at the Davant (La.) Community Center at 15577 Highway.
