In a survey of customers from 144 utilities across America, Entergy Louisiana, which serves more than 1.3M households, came in last among large utilities in the South.
The survey was conducted by data analytics firm J.D. Power to gauge customer sentiment on things such as the price of electricity, reliability, communications and other factors.
Entergy New Orleans, the subsidiary for 200,000-plus customers, ranked last among smaller utilities for the third straight year.

Regional Note: In the large South category, Alabama Power ranked highest in the large category. Entergy Mississippi was ranked second in the South's mid-size category.
