Taylor Lauricella recently joined the Offshore Marine Service Association (OMSA) as operations coordinator. She comes to OMSA after years working with OMSA-member companies in operations, regulatory, and business development responsibilities. In her position, Lauricella will assist OMSA members in various regulatory, networking, administrative, and political capacities. In addition, she will be assisting with the Offshore Service Vessel Dynamic Positioning Authority. Lauricella is a New Orleans native, a graduate of LSU, and has a master’s degree in maritime administration and logistics from Texas A&M University-Galveston. (Source: Work Boat 02/09/22)
OMSA is headquartered out of New Orleans. It represents 140+ member companies, including about 60 firms that own and operate marine service vessels. OMSA’s associate members include shipyards, surveyors, vessel equipment manufacturers and distributors, training providers, financial institutions, attorneys, and accountants. OMSA is the voice for the industry's interests before Congress, Coast Guard, Customs and Border Protection, Maritime Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, International Maritime Organization and other federal, state and local agencies.
