Vertex logs/records specialist job

Vertex Aerospace is looking for a Logs and Records Specialist for its T-45 Program at Meridian, Miss. Performs administrative and clerical duties using a computer, typewriter, and other associated equipment within Logs and Records. Maintains aircraft records, maintenance data, and flight data in accordance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series and applicable contractual requirements. Ensures the provision of accurate aircraft inventories, equipment serial numbers, and configurations. Monitors and ensures timely submission of required CDRLs and reports data. Provides technical assistance, guidance, and instruction to employees in the Aircraft Logs and Records Classification. Performs Must have a thorough working knowledge of applicable maintenance/technical manuals and publications. Must have a thorough working knowledge of aircraft logbooks and maintenance records.
