NEW ORLEANS - The Coast Guard is adjusting port conditions and strongly cautions the maritime community to remain observant and to take necessary precautions as Tropical Storm Sally approaches the Gulf Coast. Tropical Storm Sally has the potential to become a Category 2 hurricane once it makes landfall near New Orleans on Tuesday (Sept. 15) morning.
