Rules on mil.malpractice claims

The Pentagon is to officially publish the rules on June 16 governing how uniformed service members or their representatives can file a claim against the military for malpractice. The new regulation (replacing the Ferris Doctrine) will take effect 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.
