Moore with cutting the traditional Navy Birthday Cake in the LCPL Roy M. Wheat Galley. October 13 marks the Navy's 245th birthday. The central theme of this year's birthday and heritage week is "Victory at Sea," which encompasses the Navy's efforts in battle during WW II in the Pacific Theater.
