NEW ORLEANS - The Coast Guard is cautioning the Gulf Coast maritime community to remain vigilant to weather forecasts for Tropical Storm Delta and to take the necessary precautions as this weather system approaches the area. TS Delta is expected to strengthen into a hurricane and impact the northern Gulf Coast later this week.
