NEW ORLEANS - Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) Director of Aviation Kevin Dolliole became chair of the board for Airports Council International – North America on Jan. 1.
ACI-NA is one of the world’s largest airport trade organizations, representing 270 airport operators in the U.S. and Canada. Its mission is to advocate policies and provide services that strengthen commercial airports’ ability to serve their passengers, customers and communities.
As part of his role, Dolliole will also serve on the executive committee of the Governing Board of Airports Council International World, which represents the collective interests of airports around the world to promote excellence in the aviation industry.
Dolliole will serve as chair of ACI-NA for the next 2 years.
He has 40+ years of combined experience in the airline and airport industries.
Under his leadership, MSY was ranked as the #1 large airport in North America for customer satisfaction based on J.D. Power’s 2021 North America Airport Satisfaction Study and Best Large Airport in North America by ACI World’s Airport Service Quality program two years in a row in 2021 and 2022.
