GARYVILLE, La. - A fire and chemical leak was reported at Marathon's oil plant refinery in Garyville - in St. John the Baptist Parish - during the morning of Aug. 24. Video shows heavy smoke and flames shooting from a tank on the refinery's site. Mandatory evacuations have been ordered near the site and crews are working to contain the fire.
