GoM O&G lease rules; lawsuit

While the oil and gas sector isn't as large to the south Louisiana economy as it once was, it's still a major economic activity across the region, which is why a lot of people in the industry have been waiting for the rules around an upcoming lease sale in the Gulf of Mexico.
