La., Ukraine ports' grain agreement

RESERVE, La. - A cooperative alliance agreement was signed Aug. 29 between officials of the Port of South Louisiana 9PORT sl) and the Ukraine Sea Port Authority that would help guide the Ukrainian port when reconstruction begins because of the war. Officials said the non-binding agreement solidifies the PSL's support for Ukraine during their difficult time. It also strengthens the shared focus of both ports' global mission as two of the world's leading grain exporters.
