The 186th Air Refueling Wing from Key Field hosted the Mississippi Installation Commander's Council (ICC) Aug. 11 in Meridian. The ICC provides a forum for commanders of each military installation to collaborate on the identification, development and communication of issues affecting the military community within the state. Mississippi State Sen. Tyler McCaughn (District 31) presented Col. Cynthia Smith, the ICC chair, with a Senate resolution recognizing the contributions of the group.
