JACKSON, Miss. - Mississippi’s Congressional delegation announced $15M in Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grants for 29 airports in the state. Golden Triangle Regional Airport will receive $1M to improve its contract tower, terminal building, install lighting and fencing. The Columbus-Lowndes County airport will grant money to fix its taxiway. Additionally, airports in Monroe, Tishomingo, Winston, Lafayette, Pontotoc, Clay, and Montgomery counties will all get money for various improvements.
