JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast announced its selections, from region-wide commands, for FY 2020 Employees and Supervisors of the Year. Gulf Coast (GC) regional winners included Stephen Daugherty, PWD Gulfport, Miss., an industrial equipment mechanic. He was among two selected as Wage Grade (WG) Employees of the Year. Tommy Neely, PWD Gulfport, was named WG Supervisor of the Year. Robert Short, PWD Panama City, Fla., engineering technician, was named WG Leader of the Year. Award winners are nominated by their direct supervisors for their professionalism, customer focus, quality, teamwork, initiative, and innovation.
