GULFPORT, Miss. - Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMBC) 133’s Family Readiness Group (FRG) spent Dec. 20 passing out "battalion buddies" during a COVID-friendly drive through event. The FRG board teamed with the non-profit organization Operation Gratitude’s military families program that donated hand-stuffed bears called "Battalion Buddies" along with notes of encouragement to 83 children of deployed NMCB 133 service members. "This is a wonderful organization and we are incredibly grateful for their continued support of our military families," said FRG coordinator Danielle Bryant. (Source: NCBC Gulfport Facebook 12/22/20)
