SAN DIEGO - The Navy identified the deceased sailor assigned to USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), who went missing Dec. 10, as San Antonio, Texas, native Aviation Ordnanceman Airman Apprentice Ethan Garrett Goolsby. He had reported to the TR in July following initial training as an aviation ordnanceman from Naval Aviation Technical Training Command, Pensacola, Fla., and was promoted to his current rank Sept. 16.
