Small biz pacts get record $162.9B

The federal government awarded a record $162.9B (26.5% percent) of total contract dollars to small businesses in FY 2022 - an increase of $8.7B from the previous, according to the Small Business Administration. 

“Through President Biden’s Investing in America agenda, we have championed initiatives to fuel our nation’s historic economic growth while reducing barriers and ensuring fair competition in federal contracting,” SBA's Isabella Casillas Guzman said.
