Hank Fairchild; Outstanding Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year, 186th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Technical Sgt. Will Smith; 186th Logistics Readiness Squadron Staff Sgt. Jacob Gunn, who was awarded the Chief Master Sergeant Wayne Benthall Leadership Award; and Outstanding Airman of the Year Airman First Class Mark Gutierrez of base security services.
