Kiewit Corporation completed its acquisition Jan. 1 of Weeks Marine and its subsidiaries Healy Tibbitts Builders, McNally International and North American Aggregates for an undisclosed amount. The Weeks Marine and Kiewit organizations have worked on joint ventures since the 1960s. Weeks Marine and subsidiaries will be independently branded subsidiaries of Kiewit.
