GULFPORT, Miss. - Personnel from Naval Construction Battalion Center's (NCBC) Gulfport Homes were presented prestigious awards at Balfour Beatty Communities' (BBC) annual conference in Orlando, Fla. Jessica Ladner was named Community Manager of the Year. Mike Harper represented the base's Facilities Team of the Year.
