Santa gets lift from Airbus helos

It’s always a busy month for Saint Nicholas and his primary-flight of his reindeer-driven sleigh. In efforts to provide safe-and-speedy deliveries, Airbus helicopters have recently been aiding the North Pole native across areas of the U.S. and Canada to help with these magical missions. Airbus Helicopters, Inc. recently flew Santa Claus in a Columbus, Miss.-built H125 “helo to the Frontiers of Flight Museum, where he greeted families and brought his Christmas cheer. In recent weeks, a Boston MedFlight H125 flew Santa to Boston Common baseball field for hot cocoa and cookies with kids. The Coast Guard flew Santa to the Atlantic City (NJ) International Airport to deliver gifts. CALSTAR delivered Santa to the annual Meyers Tree Lighting ceremony in the Lake Tahoe, Calif. Stat MedEvac gave Santa a ride to Johns Hopkins Children’s Center, where he surprised pediatric patients with gifts and cheer - from a safe distance. In Canada, tour operator Niagara Helicopters flew Santa in an H130 to Heartland Forest in Niagara Falls, Ontario, where Airbus Helicopters Canada employees for photos and to tell Santa what they want for Christmas. Airbus Helicopters Inc. (AHI) even have the technical superiority to excel in the North Pole’s frigid temperatures. (Source: AHI 12/16/21) The Claus Family | Airbus U.S.
