U.S. Army Reserve Sgt. Morgan Figgs of the New Orleans-based 377th Theater Sustainment Command scored the top score in rifle competition at the Interallied Confederation of Reserve Officers (CIOR) Military Competition (MILCOMP) this past weekend in Finland. CIOR MILCOMP is a competition between U.S. and NATO-partners that has spanned over the last seven decades. The competition is rooted in core military competencies with the goal of promoting officer and enlisted development through joint and international competition. (Source: U.S. Army Reserve 08/05/21)
