A critical component for future testing in support of NASA’s Artemis space missions to the Moon and beyond arrived - via barge from NASA’s Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans where it was fabricated - on Sept. 21 to the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. The interstage simulator special test equipment is 31 feet in diameter and 33 feet tall. It will be used during Green Run testing of the new Exploration Upper Stage.
