Details slim on mil.draft of women?

WASHINGTON - For nearly a century, 18-year-old males have been required to register for a military draft. Bipartisan Congress support is poised to make a historic change by requiring women, for the first time in U.S. history, to register for the draft. But, they're leaving the details for a later date.
