MERIDIAN, Miss. - Bonita Lakes Park near Meridian has been designated as a top state travel destination by Mississippi Magazine, which recently put out its 2021 Best of Travel Awards. Bonita Lakes Park has been recognized as the best in City Park and Playground and the best in free adventure.
