MERIDIAN, Miss. - Christina Danford of Forrest County was named winner of the 2022 Distinguished Young Woman of Mississippi program that concluded here this weekend. In addition, Danford also received preliminary awards in fitness and scholastic and named the overall talent winner. She will represent the state at the national program next summer in Mobile, Ala.
