AFSOC officer changes

Brig. Gen. Brenda P. Carter, director of operations, headquarters of the Air Force Special Operations Command at Hurlburt Field, Fla., has been assigned to the post of vice commander of the 19th AF at the Air Education and Training Command at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. In a sidebar announcement, Brig. Gen. Michael E. Martin, deputy commander of the Special Operations Joint Task Force-Afghanistan in Kabul has been assigned to duty as director of operations of the HQ of the AFSOC at Hurlburt Field, Fla.
