CG issues call for C5ISC support

The Coast Guard has issued broad agency announcements for small-business set-aside contracts to provide information technology support services for the military branch’s command, control, communications, computers, cyber and intelligence systems.

The Agile C5ISC Operational & Modernization Pipeline for Application Support Services procurement contracts will cover IT support for the mission support systems and operations information systems product lines, according to notices posted on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System.

The CG anticipates releasing a final solicitation for the MSSPL contract on April 29, with an award expected in the third quarter of FY 2024.

Solicitation release for the OISPL contract is set for Jan. 15 and contract award is scheduled for the second quarter of FY-24.

OISPL and MSSPL services will include support for original equipment manufacturer upgrades, new cybersecurity requirements and development, security audit mitigation, technical refreshes and major system enhancements.

Both contracts have an ordering period of five years. (GovWire 11/22/23)
