SBA grants for MS water crisis

Mississippi businesses affected by the Jackson water crisis will soon be able to receive assistance from the U.S. Small Business Administration. The SBA approved the request from the Magnolia State. Businesses in Jackson, Hinds County and neighboring counties - Claiborne, Copiah, Madison, Rankin, Simpson, Warren, and Yazoo - can apply for the low interest loans by June 14, 2023, for Economic Injury Disaster Loans. Businesses and non-profits may apply for aid to meet obligations that cannot be met due to the crisis.
