Some MS Christmas parade dates

Columbus, Starkville and West Point, Miss., are gearing up for the holiday season after announcing the dates for the cities’ annual Christmas Parades. 

Columbus will hold its parade on Dec. 4 at 3 p.m. Theme: “Christmas Around the World.” The Grand Marshal is Aundrea Self, WCBI anchor and host of “Mid-Morning with Aundrea.” 

Caledonia will host a Christmas parade Dec. 3 at 6 p.m.

Starkville’s parade will be Nov. 28 at 6 p.m. on Main Street. Theme: “Christmas Movie Magic.” Grand Marshals are Samantha Ricketts, Mississippi State University head softball coach, and Julie Darty Dennis, MSU head volleyball coach. It's Starkville's 50th annual Christmas parade.
