Conrad Shipyard LLC, Morgan City, Louisiana, was awarded a $16,983,710 firm-fixed-price contract to build two tugboats for use in the Great Lakes. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Morgan City, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 26, 2024. Fiscal 2022 Plant Replacement and Improvement Program funds in the amount of $16,983,710 were obligated at the time of the award.
