Sapper Solutions of Mandeville, La., was awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for project management support services for efforts related to the water resources programs in south Louisiana. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of March 11, 2026.
